Listed provider with the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF)
Structured, evidence-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder and high-functioning anxiety.

Anxiety can become loud, consuming, and relentless. For some, it shows up as constant overthinking and self-doubt. For others, it becomes intrusive thoughts, compulsive rituals, reassurance seeking, or mental loops that feel impossible to quiet. When anxiety or OCD begins to dictate your decisions, relationships, or sense of freedom, it can feel both exhausting and isolating.

I specialize in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders in adolescents and adults. Many of the clients I work with are intelligent, capable individuals who are used to solving problems on their own. OCD does not respond well to logic alone, and willpower is rarely enough. Effective treatment requires a structured, strategic approach.

My work is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP is active and collaborative. Together, we identify the patterns that are maintaining anxiety and gradually shift your response to intrusive thoughts. Rather than trying to eliminate thoughts, we focus on reducing the compulsive behaviors that keep anxiety cycling. As avoidance decreases, confidence increases.

While ERP is structured, therapy with me is not rigid. Treatment is tailored to your specific presentation and paced appropriately. My goal is not only symptom reduction, but helping you regain autonomy and move through your life with greater steadiness and clarity.

If anxiety or OCD has narrowed your world, effective treatment can help you expand it again.

Perinatal & Postpartum Specialist
Warm, attuned support for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

Pregnancy and early parenthood are often described as joyful seasons — and they can be. But they can also bring anxiety, intrusive thoughts, grief, identity shifts, relationship strain, and a quiet sense of “Why does this feel harder than I expected?” When emotional distress enters this season, it can feel deeply personal and unexpectedly destabilizing.

I specialize in supporting women and couples through the emotional complexity of the perinatal period, from preconception through postpartum. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning professionals who are used to managing life well. When anxiety, depression, or obsessive fears surface during pregnancy or after birth, it can feel disorienting and frightening.

My approach is warm, grounded, and relational. I focus on creating a space that feels steady and emotionally safe, while also offering practical, evidence-based support. Our work may address perinatal anxiety, postpartum depression, perinatal OCD, high-risk pregnancy stress, birth trauma, or the strain that early parenthood can place on identity and relationships.

While therapy with me is compassionate and attuned, it is also intentional. I integrate attachment-informed therapy with cognitive-behavioral strategies when appropriate, collaborating with medical providers when needed. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping you feel more stable, more self-trusting, and more connected in this season of life.

If pregnancy or postpartum has left you feeling unlike yourself, therapy can provide a grounded place to recalibrate and regain steadiness.
